Seinni bólusetning nemenda í 7. -10. bekk

Fyrir hönd HSU í Vestmannaeyjum.
Seinni bólusetning fyrir nemendur 12-15 ára gegn Covid-19 verður fimmtudaginn, 16. september.
Bólusetningin mun eins og áður fara fram í íþróttahúsinu, foreldri/forráðamaður verður að mæta með sínu barni og það jafngildir upplýstu samþykki fyrir því að barnið fái bólusetningu.
Börnin þurfa að vera með grímu og í stuttermabol.
Árgangar mæta á eftirfarandi tímum:
Kl. 13:00 :Árgangur 2006
Kl. 13:00: Árgangur 2009 (aðeins börn fædd frá (janúar- apríl )
Kl. 13:20: Árgangur 2007
Kl. 13:20: Árgangur 2009 (aðeins börn fædd frá mai- 24. ágúst). Athugið að börn sem ekki eru orðin 12 ára fá ekki bólusetningu þennan dag.
Árgangur 2008 - mætir eftir helgi, líklega þriðjudaginn 21. sept.
Athugið að ef einhver á eftir að fá fyrri bólusetninguna má mæta á sama tíma og gefið er hér að ofan ( t.d. geta börn sem voru ekki orðin12 ára þann 24. ágúst komið í fyrri bólusetninguna).

Second vaccination for 12-15 year olds against Covid-19 will take place on Thursday16th. of September.
The vaccination will take place in the sport house (Íþróttahús), a parent / guardian must attend with their child and this is equivalent to informed consent for the child to be vaccinated.
The children must wear a mask and a T-shirt.
Please attend at the following times:
Kl. 13:00: Kids born 2006
Kl. 13:00: Kids born 2009 (only kids born from (January-April)
Kl. 13:20: Kids born 2007
Kl. 13:20: Kids born 2009 (only kids born from May- August 24). Please note that children under the age of 12 will not be vaccinated on this day.
Kids born 2008 - after the weekend, possible at Tuesday 21th of Sept.
Please note that if someone has not got the first vaccination, they can show up at the same time given above ( f.ex. children that were not 12 years old at the 24th. of August can come and get the first vaccination now).
